
The Academy’s recent BBQ Boston Butt fundraiser was a huge success. The excellent smoked pork BBQ was due largely to the efforts of Mr. Bill Mixon of Auburn , AL. The Southern Smoke cooking team spent two days cooking the 400 Boston butts that were sold.
